Hello! Been a while since the last post. I just left Naples for a 5-6 week southeast swing where I will be playing in several events, including some mini-tour events and Korn Ferry Monday Qualifiers
May 7-9: GPro mini tour event in North Carolina.

Back to work! I was disappointed not to make it through PGA Q School to achieve status for the upcoming year, but that's not going to stop me for continuing to work very hard! I am in the middle of a 2-week trip up to Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. I will be playing in a GPro Tour event (the best mini-tour in the mid-atlantic region) starting tomorrow Nov 4th.
I am teeing it up today at the Minor League Golf Tour event at Abacoa. I may play one more tune up before First Stage Q School.

It's that time of year, gearing up for PGA Q School! Because I earned Conditional Status on PGA Tour Americas this summer, I am exempted through Pre-qualifying and am assigned to West Palm Beach Florida for First Stage, October 21-24.
My game is good and really looking forward to this test!
I will post additional info including a Live Scoring link when the tournament is closer.
I have been back in Naples for the last 4-5 weeks getting ready for Q School. I will be playing in a couple of Mini Tour events to stay sharp but have enjoyed working on my game with a lot of time spent on the greens!

I earned an exemption into the flagship event of the East Coast Pro Tour in Canada and will be teeing it up Thursday. This is a very strong mini-tour event (140 players) with a large purse and $35,000 to the winner. Its a scorer's course, so expecting low scores! Following this event I will be heading back to Naples.
This will be my last Monday Qualifier for the east coast portion of the PGA Americas schedule. At this time, I don't have plans to attempt Monday qualifiers for the west coast events (due to costs and funding).
BioSteel Championship - Open Qualifier - BioSteel Open Qualifier Leaderboard | PGA Tour Americas –
I had my best result in this year's Monday Qualifiers at the Toronto event. Just missed qualifying, shooting a 2-under to finish T13. Top 8 got into the event.
Between PGA Americas events, I am played in the East Coast Pro Tour Atlantide Championship. Strong field for a Quebec mini-tour; lots of guys from PGA Americas also playing.
I had a strong second round (-6) to post a Top !0 finish.
Today I am competing in the Qualifier for the PGA Americas Ottawa Tournament.
The Florida Open begins Friday, July 18th. The format is 54 holes stroke play with the field cut to Top 60 and ties after the first two rounds. I will be playing Quail West in Bonita Springs on Friday (9:50am tee time), and TwinEagles on Saturday (8:40 tee time off the 10th hole). Sunday's final round pairings will be made after the cut on Saturday.
Spectators may come to watch for free, and usually the courses will allow spectator golf cart rentals as an option.

I am playing in my second PGA Americas Monday Qualifier today for the Bromont Quebec event. I tried last week at Fredericton, NB, but I needed a few more birdies.
Top 8 players from today's qualifier will compete in the event which runs Thursday through Sunday. I have played in Bromont several times when I lived in Montreal so plan to use my course knowledge to my advantage!

I competed in the Florida Open Qualifer in Ocala today. I successfully qualified with a 3-under 69 and was co-medalist in the field of 60+ players.
The Florida Open is July 18-20 in Naples, FL at Quail West and Twineagles golf clubs. The 3rd and final round will be at Quail West.

I am heading to Ocala, FL next week for the PGA Americas Summer Swing Qualifying School. Ocala is one of 5 qualifying sites. The Top 11 from each site gain full exemption for all 10 tournaments of the PGA Americas Summer swing (9 events in Canada, one in the US). Those who finish 12-30th place gain Conditional Status on PGA Americas and gain access to events based on availability.
The qualifying tournament is 4 rounds with no cut. Below is a link to the Ocala Qualifying website. Tee times will be posted on Sunday afternoon and live scoring will start on Tuesday's first round.
I will be competing at PGA National in a MLGT event. This is a good tune up for my upcoming PGA Americas Q-School in June!
